It was packed pretty well for shipping and suffered no damage in transit. Seller was very responsive after sale was completed, and unit was prepared for shipping and sent out the very same day. The unit powers up normally as described but I haven't had time to make all of the connections required to verify full functionality. The remote and a power cord were definitely included as promised.
