It appears as it was on the original car: filthy, making it hard to tell from sale photos (and also when opening the box) whether it was damaged before sale. A few minutes with mineral spirits and a small nylon brush cleaned away grunge and oily dirt revealed an apparently undamaged part. Clean parts in sale photos give buyers confidence in making purchase decisions. Seller, please take note.
