    Whistle and lanyard hand knotted

    Very impressed so far, whistle is great quality for a plastic whistle- I imagine the metal ones at four times the price have a more perfect pitch. I love the lanyard, it has been hand knotted by someone who knows what is required and allows the whistle to hang flat on your chest not twisted which is what you would have without the knots. Excellent. Very happy with this purchase.

    My dog, a sproodle, cross springer spaniel with a poodle, will perk up her ears and run to me when she hears the whistle blow, we live high on a hillside and the wind whips away my voice, so this has been marvellous, she can hear me and she runs, I still give her a treat when she comes. she is 8 months old, so still lots to learn.

    Good quality item

    Acme whistle of known and loved quality. Lanyard very simple but functional and of good quality. Very good value for money. Would recommend for people starting out training a dog for the first time to keep costs for assembling all necessary equipment low. Equally functional for the more experienced handler for every day use.

    Great training aid

    My young Border Terrier has always struggled with his recall so I decided to try this whistle. So far, so good. Young Bob responds very well to the whistle and his recall is now much better ( as long as he receives his treat ) This whistle is nice quality and the Lanyard keeps it safely round my neck at all times. Highly recommended.
