Charger was not returned but cost me 20% of total cost of phone. 30 bucks for non oem charger and cord. That’s on me but they got me on the 20 percent. I would understand 5-10 bucks. Plus I paid for return shipping

Over an international border as well. The refurbished phone is in good shape, normal nicks and scratches. Battery health is only at 81% so I will have to replace that sooner than I would like - other used phones I’ve bought in the past have had the battery replaced, so that would have been nice. But for the price, I can’t complain. Thank you!! I highly recommend!!

It had some signs of wear, but as it went into a phone case it was not big deal. THe screen is flawless and the phone actiated just like it should. If I need another Iphone for a grandchild I will buy from him again.
