I returned the item and the seller claimed the box was empty on return, this later changed to box was filled with stones . The seller is accusing me of scratching the bell with a nail file? Very specific allegation. Do not recommend this seller. Clearly reluctant to give a refund for an item that was damaged, blamed me for the damage and filling a box with stones. When the return arrived the box 'rattled' therefore we took a video of the opening of the box which was filled with pebbles.. Ebay decided to refund the buyer in full who then left this ABSURD & UNJUSTIFIED feedback. We have almost 6000 positive FB and just this 1 negative? The box costs 27p and we are charged VAT and ebay fees on top of all postage costs so £5 doesn't cover the actual costs.
