    Useless on perspex

    I bought this instead of my usual plastic weld for use on Perspex. It produces weak and slow to grab joints because it isn't very reactive with acrylic. Grab time is minutes rather than seconds and much of it evaporates before producing a bond. It looks and smells like acetone so is expensive for what it is. The needle provided has too wide a bore and the stuff goes everywhere as a result. Good capillary weld would melt this type of needle tip. In future ill be sticking with my usual stuff in the little brown bottle.

    NOTHING TO DO WITH Plastic cement

    I bought it and it doesn’t match the discretions at all it’s so far away from plastic cement no matter how much you add or how log you leave it to dry it doesn’t create a strong bond att all and it breaks so easy . It smells so much like acetone

    Excellent product and value for money

    I have been using this product for model making and I prefer it by far than the other modelling glues on the market. It bonds much quicker and leaves next to no residual glue due to the capillary action of the bonding process. I have no hesitation in recommended this glue as it has worked perfectly for me.
