    Not suitable for an overlock machine

    Unfortunately it is no better than the cheap ones you get at sewing shops and in sewing kits. Coming from Bernina, I thought it would be much stronger and better quality and suitable for an overlocker.All the cost was in the packing and signed for delivery!

    Brilliantly effective, simple to use threader

    These threaders are brilliant. The straight wire end is pushed through the needle hole, thread is easily threaded through the large wire loop and then the whole thing is simply pulled through the eye of the needle. I have been using one which came with my overlocking machine 40 years ago and has only just fallen apart after being used thousands of times. Delighted to have found them again here. Reading other comments, I think people may be struggling with them because they are not using them as intended. Used properly, this type of wire loop is the easiest way of threading an awkwardly situated needle, such as an overlocker needle, manually.

    Brilliant needle threader.

    It fulfils the threading process superbly & can be used to thread other machines & 'eyes'. I don't want to be without it, but need a safe & handy storage place...more substantial than a polythene bag. Product is brilliant.

    BERNINA OVERFLOCKER WIRE THREADER

    VERY USEFUL BUT FLIMSY AND EASILY LOST. I KEEP A SMALL MAGNET BY THE MACHINE AND IT STICKS TO THAT WHEN NOT IN USE , IT MUST BE HANDLED WITH CONCENTRATION, IT IS HARD TO FIND IF IT ESCAPES !!!!!
