      Great for beginners. Perfect item

      I like it but it’s too easy for me. Don’t like having to wait to keep doing it to get more excercises to do thought. I prefer to put on many DVDs i have instead. Trying to get my dad to use it instead but he’s not interested. Great for beginners.

      This is really good fun and also a good way to keep fit. My sister and I do yoga on it every Sunday night and also aerobics, muscle workout and balancing. Thoroughly enjoying this and definitely great value for money. Came well packaged up and delivered earlier than expected
