SALE POLICIES.
We are primarily a vintage collectables store hence most of the items found here are pre-owned, brand new items will be stated as such.
If items are not shown with a box generally there is not one included, the same with instructions and any additional paper work.
Please note that the packaging on items sealed/boxed may show signs of shelf wear and storage which can include:-
- shelf wear to corners and or edges
- bubble slightly lifting from backing card
- indent to bubble
- more pictures can be sent on request, to see exact details (if not already provided on listing)
Please be aware that some items sold are made up into sets by Blue Cactus Collectables, they may not be 100% correct as if purchased new.

All action figures do not include accessories unless shown/stated otherwise.
We do try to give as much relevant information as possible regarding our items, all items listed have clear photo(s) so please make sure you are happy with your choice before buying.
If you are ever unsure of any aspect then please ask before purchase (as mistakes can happen).

Blue Cactus Collectables reserves the right to suspend or block the Customer s use of our store at any time without explanation.
Please note: Items that are in blind packaging. We cannot accept requests for specific items, nor can we accept returns on opened items. Due to being in blind packaging you may receive duplicates if buying multiple items.
RETURNS POLICIES.
Unfortunately we can not accept returns on vintage sealed/carded items if the sealed packaging has been opened by the buyer.
If you change your mind you may notify us within 30 days after the day of receipt of item(s) and you have a duty to take reasonable care of the item(s) until we receive the item(s) back. Item(s) must be returned with all of their original packaging.
SHIPPING POLICIES.
All Items will be Shipped within 3 working days of purchase. Mail is generally collected by Royal Mail on Monday and Thursday.
The postage and packing charge is not purely for a stamp it is to cover all aspects of the items dispatch.
A surcharge could be applied, for processing large orders or multiple items.
IMPORTATION TAX.
We cannot accept responsibility for Importation Tax, all items are marked other as standard when being sent.
