The seller then sent a replacement only for the original one to then arrive so i refused the 2nd one and the courier returned it. The item had a number of screws missing and a broken strap but i have to say that replacement's were sent out immediately and the item is now working perfectly and is a bargain at the price. Sometimes things go wrong, its how you deal with it and this company was faultless in that regard. Highly recommended.

Definitely recommend this seller. The massage bed is wonderful only used it once but love it. Defiantly recommend, like others have said it's a little bit noisy but with your favourite music and earphones in it's hardly noticeable. 😊
