        Not sure what the issue was, I returned the item because of a problem, I sent it back the following day once the drop off point was open but the package was held (22/02-12/03) for nearly 3 weeks with the courier until it was collected so I had to ask eBay to help as the return window was about to close. I had no comms to explain why a refund hadn't been issued or why it wasn't being delivered, possibly they were away? Hence not negative, but comms could have been better.
