    If you want a hat that fits a child do not buy this,I bought this for my granddaughter who is 5 years old and it is no good at all.the seller is refusing to accept a return so now I am left with something useless which has cost me nearly £30 including p&p !It also was unboxed and arrived in a plastic bag inside a crushed cardboard box !

    Apologies you are unhappy with your purchase, but it is a HP talking toy hat, its not something to wear, its a Toy. It came with tags, it was unwanted present.
