I was presented with an "Unpaid postage charge" by Royal Mail to have this item delivered. In addition the sellers listing described an additional Greg Lake Tour information pack as part of the listing. This was not in the package when the LP was delivered. So the seller's description was inaccurate, not as described and the postage cost was unreasonable. I posted item by Royal Mail with a proof of posting, which covers loss up to £20 in the event of a claim, and offered you a full refund when you reported that it hadn't arrived. However, it did later arrive, albeit missing the postage label. ebay closed the case and refunded you. No mention of missing item until now. Could have been easily resolved without drama by you accepting my refund offer and me claiming for loss from Royal Mail
