- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past yearVerified purchasei tired 2 sims with them,, the first one i got was a 15$ plan was suppose to be a 10$ plan,, couldnt call out,, next month i ordered the 10 plan and got the 10 plan,,still cant call out.. the phone WORKS with LYCA mobile,, red pocket mobile, and my old 50$ t mobile plan. but with their sim card,, cant call out. even tried a friends sim card in my phone and that WORKS fine !!! they dont know how to program a sim card. however, texts do work, but thats all that works. they wont help fix.Reply from: rawangels- Feedback replied to by seller rawangels.- Feedback replied to by seller rawangels.Well , maybe you try the friend phone with our sim cards . We don't program sim cards , it is a dumb device . so before making a dumb comment check your side . We are master agents we activated 1000's lines monthly !! no issues ever .

- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseYou might want to use a tracking service when shipping small items because I was about to contact you since it should NOT take 8 days for something to ship from Florida to Illinois, I get that it's the holidays so it can take a long time BUT if you sent it via a tracking service even if the item was only $8 it would be cheaper to track it then for someone to say they didn't receive it because you don't have proof or if the USPS happen to lose the letter you won't know, just some feedback to you!
