Thrown into an unstructured brown paper shipping envelope with literally nothing else. Those creases are the same ones. Had I rolled it you would have complained that it was creased. The mat is too soft to be rolled without it bending, so it was folded originally by the manufacturer. You really should inquire before you leave this kind of feedback.
