Can't say for sure whether they are 'genuine' or not - the original Dualsense thumbsticks feel slightly softer to the touch but maybe that is because they are old and worn out. I'd say these new thumbsticks are equal in quality to the old ones even if the texture is a little different. Recommended.

Only thing that let me down was I had to do the calibration on the TMR sticks myself and was expecting the king king sticks added as well which didn't happen as their description at the time said (now changed) I did get a partial refund for that though. For that reason for item description I have marked 4 stars instead of 5
