I was contacted quickly and given all options from subsitutes, cancelling or waiting. I decided to wait. The communication was in the main OK it did lack co-ordination though. The mats are ok given the cost. They are decently made and will do the job. Not as thick as I expected and the rubber smell is very strong! I'm planning to wait a few days before I put them in the car. Overall happy with the purchase and the seller.
