    Must have with the Palm. Tricky until you understand how it works. Love it.

    A must have with Palm phone. A little confusing at first. Make sure you have a newer hight wattage USB brick like iPhone. Also, when the internal Palm battery is low, to utilize the JuicePack, you need to hold down the Juice Pack button then hold down the Palm power button. Only then will the Juice Pack start charging the Palm phone. I noticed my Palm battery has died a few times until I realized the Juice Pack does not activate automatically when the Palm battery gets low. Once I figured these things out, it's all good.

    maybe this is the worst thing I have ever bought. when you connect it to your device, it DISCHARGES the phone instead of charging it, even if you charge the thing as it supposed to
