Connection seemed a little loose for my liking (I could pull the cable out of the SATA port without unlocking the locking mechanism) But the speed and reliability of SATA is the best it could be as far as I can see. The cable was able to produce the maximum speed of my samsung SSD. I would totally recommend this to someone who uses mATX, that doesn't need to handle their storage often.
