      Great hatchet to carry and stays sharp a long time.

      This feather light axe is far less tiring to carry than any axe of the same size. The handle is very comfortable and provides excellent control. The factory edge stays shaving sharp for a long time. An axe that only weighs slightly more than a pound produces less striking energy and this is understandable. This small axe is very packable but quite pricy. I suspect the blade steel is a cost factor. The design is one first used in history. It is a modern version of a stone axe using modern materials. The design makes it very lightweight. This little axe fits perfect in a back pocket and is easy to carry. Two things need attention to the design. Number one is the painted blade that scuffs rapidly. Number 2 is the orange handle; that shows dirt and becomes grubby looking immediately. However, ...
