    Need not to have a dad bod if you’re using this as when you lift your arms the whole thing will make your belly pop out 😂😂😂 Its good as it is my motivation to slim down as I see it everyday and I can’t use it. Soon though. Aside from that i think it is made for women or men with smaller height. But like me, you can use it for motivation and display it near your kitchen to remind you not to snack. Material and finish is good though.
