The batch of standing figures I bought at the same time are painted to a higher standard (although they were not perfect either by any means). As most are for fitting in coaches this is not a big issue for me. Size wise the are not too far off scale for OO but perhaps are little big for HO. Overall quite happy with the purchase at the price point. Also shared postage refund. 👍

I'm currently starting to paint them (though they can be used with the manufacturer's paint if desired) to hake them look more different - same figure, different colour hair, etc.. The arrived quickly and with minimal, but adequate, packaging - no complaints. Thanks for the good service.
