      Tried contacting seller. Vacuum sounds very, very loud, it overheats, shuts off randomly. It’s never worked well from day 1.

      I would like to change my feedback to positive. This Seller (Ken) has been great actually at taking care of our issue and sending an upgraded replacement vacuum. It’s currently on its way via DPS but just wanted to reassure people who see this negative feedback that we have actually had really good service from Ken and will buy from KD appliance again in the future. This is our third refurbished vacuum from him over the past 10 years and they always work well and have a good life span.
