    What a woman needs!!

    Since starting these multivitamin last year I have been feeling relatively energetic and avoided most coughs and colds. I taken them regularly at the same time as my other medication. I feel good on them, no creaky bones and still have a spring in my step. I would recommend them to women as they age, it just gives your system a boost and I know I am getting the daily recommended dose of vitamins and minerals.

    Not the new packaging received

    I did received them in time , but did not come as the new packaging as it stated Disappointed as in my head I’m taking old tablets but they are in date Take this vitamins because they do work and happy to continue to take them for some time
