No dispute about recieving a package, just that there was no charm in the box. Only got a partial refund by threatening to complain to Ebay. I would have much preferred to actually receive the item. I think it's a scam. I checked the feedback on the account, but it's mostly for purchases, so who knows. Anyway, I definitely do not recommend!!
