    What an awful seller gnome arrived with a broken base had been packaged very badly nothing inside box to prevent gnome moving, no fragile or this way up on the outside. Contacted seller sending photos of damage and packaging they just said it wasn’t their fault, eventually reluctantly offered a £5.00 refund I felt it should be a 50/50 split but he wouldn’t do that. I would never recommend this seller

    Arrived on time, but that it arrived intact was more luck than anything. The box was falling apart and there was no packing inside to protect it. The piece was as photographed but I would be highly unlikely to purchase breakable items again from this seller.
