Given the small package, I’d be inclined to blame the post office. The item was packaged well. The pictures accurately portrayed the item. Given the age and the fact that the ribbons were delicate, I was not surprised it was ripped. The photos showed hoenestly what I was buying, so I got a good value. I would buy from this seller again.
