Contacted seller sending photos of damage and packaging they just said it wasn’t their fault, eventually reluctantly offered a £5.00 refund I felt it should be a 50/50 split but he wouldn’t do that. The box was falling apart and there was no packing inside to protect it. The piece was as photographed but I would be highly unlikely to purchase breakable items again from this seller.
