With it being that far out and having no way to determine when it was broken, my hands are tied. The item was packaged extensively in bubble wrap, as were the other 3, and placed in the box so as not to move around. The packaging was very extensive, not poor, and is even shown in the picture. Being in so many pieces, it appears the item was dropped; being in that many layers of bubble wrap would not have this result.
