      The burning Question! (pun). Do you wrap Christmas and Birthday presents if you do you have got my buisness, just can't fault the packaging. The unit was pristine and having a paper copy of instructions was really helpful. Have not tried all the functions yet but upto now all seems good. The Royal mail tracking was a bit sporadic but to be fair it was just post New Year and arrived within the advised timescale.
