The passenger mat did not have the holes for clips and the clips as advertised where not included. Seller have me a £3 refund and I had to go and buy clips and fixings. Communication was good when I raised the issue and was dealt with swiftly. Although a few niggles, it was a positive experience. The mats are now fitted and looks fantastic.

Poorly packaged as its not on a roll it's taken off the roll then folded into the smallest size they can manage. I decided against sending back as It isn't worth the hassle. I DO NOT recommend this seller and won't use again. Would be negative only I've kept the product.
