    Great little coffee machine

    Took quite a bit of fiddling about to programme the machine as instructions are poor. My advice, look for the Instruction videos on YouTube. However once set up it’s easy to use and makes nice coffee. You can programme for your preferred cup size and it froths milk really well. Nice and compact on worktop. We use compatible pods that are biodegradable.

    Wouldn't work after descaling process

    Bought it as a Christmas present, wanted to descale after 27 days. After following the cleaning process and speaking to techincal support, it needed to be sent away for fixing. Not great after less than a months use. Whilst it worked, it was great.

    Makes a great latte automatically

    Fantastic machine that makes all types of coffee, from expresso, americano, latte to cappuccino. The milk is frothed and dispensed automatically and then it has an easy self-clean function for the milk dispenser, which you can detach and place in fridge to store to keep milk fresh.

    Great little machine

    Great little machine, bought as faulty but working now and the only complaint I have is the coffee could be hotter, you can run the machine with no pod to pre warm the brew head and same with milk frother also mug. Programing would be easier with a small display. But makes a really good coffee with 6 different options.
