I am so fed up with this seller. The chocolates arrived damaged…in packaging from Royal Mail saying they were damaged. I took loads of photos as evidence for a refund . The seller is now saying I need to send back the items for this. I would then be out of pocket. I do not want a replacement as it looks like they were eaten by a rodent of some kind. I just want my money back and the seller is making it very difficult. The items arrived damaged so I don’t want them.
