A padded "book mailer" envelope was used. Inside, the book was wrapped in brown paper, to further protect it. One small constructive point of constructive feedback: perhaps cardboard packaging could have been implemented, as a number of competing book sellers are now implementing cardboard packaging.

    Fascinating Overview of Several Talent Artists & Their Palaeoart

    This second volume of 'Dinosaur Art' continues the good work of the first - good production values, an attractive 'coffee table' format with some very attractive and memorable art. In addition, for the first time, it features work by a woman and by artists working outside the Americas. This provides a broader range of aesthetic and technical approaches to palaeoart, a wider range of subjects, and puts the first volume into context as a survey not of all palaeoart but of only a sub-culture in palaeoart. That is a good step in the right direction. I can only hope the third volume gives us more work from the non-Western world. A reconstruction of prehistoric life by artists working in Indian, Chinese, Australian indigenous traditions etc sounds like it can only enhance our knowledge and ...
