Speedy delivery and great communication from the seller. The only downside is that the machine vibrates that hard in use, that it bounces the mug off of the tray so you do need to monitor the process.

There was a bit of a hiccup with delivery, as I was initially given the wrong tracking number, but communication with the seller was great and they provided me with the correct tracking number very quickly.
