It covers approx 3/4 of the bed .....I ordered a double. Better if it is more fitted towards the bottom of the bed to ensure warm tootsies. You don’t need it up by your pillows. Fast heat up once plugged in so a warm and cosy bed in around ten minutes. It is machine washable with detachable controls so a bonus . It only cost a few pence to run. Lightening delivery of 2 days. Highly recommend
