    The seller offered to refund the money for the goods. I paid as much as the dishes cost for the delivery of goods to Europe. If I return the dishes to England, it makes no sense to do anything at all - it s expensive! But I don t want to change my opinion - the seller couldn t help but see that the plate cracked in several places. You can see it right away. That s why my voice won t change.

    Having sold hundreds of items and having received many positive comments regarding the descriptions of the goods this is the first time this has occured. On reviewing pics I accept the comment by the buyer that the item may have been repaired by but I strongly refute the allegation that it was me and I "glued " the broken pieces together - I did not. It is not my intention to cheat anyone, unfortunately we are all human and mistakes can happen. My earlier offer to refund still stands.
