Spray 10x to be safe I would buy again for the convenience, price and compact size to be discreet Takes 8-10 sprays to be mildly effective with the Blue and Red However the Yellow takes 8-10 sprays and is the most effective of the 3 I find that if you spray enough into the bowel to the point you can actually smell it which is 10 pumps they are at there most effective.
