    To start this seller is extremely rude. purchase was a new charging stand for xbox one controller limited edition. when it arrived part that was included but supposed to be packaged separately according to the packaging was not present in shipment. proceeded to contact seller, which apparently triggered a very negative response. Attacking me on a personal level, questioning my competence . to this day he doesn’t comprehend the difference between "packaged separately " and "sold separately"
