When questioned upon it the seller claimed it was because the were not an official vendor of blu tack and this is the description they use. Adhesive squares are completely different to blu tack. In a heated tank blu tack does not reliably hold the background to the tank. One response does not meet good comms so as a result I found this experience a negative one. Anyway, we have now removed the free Blu-tac that we offered with this product. Obviously can't keep everyone happy but we try. I wonder if arsonic liked the actual product we sold - must have just wanted the adhesive squares hence the negative review.
