However, the shipping documentations were not properly included, showing the correct value of the parcel and that VAT was paid, resulting in additional VAT charges and handling fees, making this purchase a lot more expensive. ebay has refunded me some of the paid VAT, but I couldn't find a satisfactory solution with the seller, who even denied their responsibility of including shipping documents.
