Customer service were initially very unhelpful, though eventually a different agent sorted it out. I'm leaving neutral feedback because if anything had gone wrong with the delivery the item status was 'delivered' and this is not only misleading but can cause problems in the event I need to make a claim. Further the 1st customer service respondent was worse than useless.
