This was a supplier error that was missed at the point of dispatching your wheels. We did organise collection of the unbuilt wheel and send you out a replacement wheel as quick as we could, but I can totally understand your frustration. The extra driver you requested as a gesture of goodwill appears lost in transit but unfortunately was the only one we had in stock, so we were unable to replace this.
