After 2 more weeks I filed with ebay to protect the money I had out of pocket. From other on-line sellers it appears that what I ordered had been discontinued by the mfg. My hope was that the seller actually had or knew where to get old stock. Apparently they just hang you out there hoping someone in their org. actually cares. 7 weeks should be enough time to get a valid ship date.

I reached out to the seller and asked if they could overnight the part the day I purchased, but they never responded, and it took a month to ship. I could understand this if it had to be ordered new from the manf, but if it was stock I think they could have shipped more quickly. I would have happily paid a premium to get the part sooner.
