I contacted the seller and was told all their listings show use by date. I couldn't find any where it says this in the listing , so I feel they are misrepresenting their offering. They are also showing a picture in their listing of the back of the seed packet where the manufacturer shows the date packeted, and the use by date- these are conveniently blank! The pictures are stock images from our suppliers, which do not contain prices or dates to ensure they can be used for more than one season - not a nefarious tactic.
