Contacted seller who asked for picture of item - which I sent and packaging - which was thrown out days before. Said without packaging nothing they can do. Price is irrelevant when you buy sub standard item so on the customer service side of things alone I wouldn’t buy again from this seller again ..

    Communication from the sellerwas a little 'abbreviated' so this and lack of labelling their end delayed delivery but, on the positive side the product was honestly described although packing was not the best. The screen was indeed new with it's power block and thunderbolt cable. It was also a pretty keen price compared with what else was out there.     Don’t buy

    This product is terrible Iv had to run my washing machine on hot cycle over 10 times to get all the small black peices of the powder out, and it’s still staining my clothes, I can only wash black clothes in my machine now, Iv even used an expensive washing machine cleaner, still hasn’t got all the black peices out, never use again, definatly don’t recommend
