    I really rate the Katz Klips. They are expensive however they good quality, look good and the gold colour goes really well with my piano. The clips are very strong so they stay firm and do not slip or twist. However, I do have an issue with the seller. I had to pay an addition £3.50 postage as the Royal Mail said there was insufficient postage. I contacted the seller who said it was the right postage and took no further action. So I'm warning buyers you might pay more than you expect!

    It is a shame you gave us a negative review. We supply our KatzKlips in an envelope which is under 25 mm thick as per Post office large letter requirements. I have posted hundreds of KatzKlips in the same way and this is the first time that the post office required more money. Rather then blame us you should have questioned the post office as to why this was needed.
