    Der Verkäufer weist nicht auf die zusätzlichen Zollgebühren hin. In meinem Fall waren es zusätzlich noch mal 168,10€ an UPS. Der Artikel der abgebildet ist wurde nicht sn mich gesendet, sondern ein anderer Artikel mit erheblich mehr Beschädigungen. Ein Frage/Antwort-Spiel beginnt dann im Anschluss. Es wirde dann eine Erstattung in Form eines anderen kostenfreien Artikels im Wert von ca. 400€ vereinbart. Ich musste dafür erst die Rückgabe schliessen. Danach ist nie etwas bei mir angekommen.

    Sadly, import tax is not something we can control as a seller. This is not a payment that goes to us, it is your government who charge these fees and it is the same for all international purchases and sales on every sales platform.
