Have an email from seller to trust them and a promise in writing, that I would be sent out a new item, once I cancelled my dispute against seller with ebay, then seller renegged on sending another item. The item sent out wasnt packaged properly, it was sent in a thin plastic bag, so I received it crushed. Too lazy or cheap to box, or bubble wrap item. Seller has a duty of care to send item, so it arrives in the condition in which you paid for.
