    Life saver as without this valve being available we would have needed a new boiler. Part has been discontinued by manufacturers and only NEW part engineer could locate anywhere. Particularly grateful. Seller keen to ensure we were ordering right thing before dispatch which was sensible and we double checked with fitter. Part arrived promptly next morning and fitted p.m. Working fine by 4 pm. Fitter pleased with quality and exact match. It cost a bit but not more than recon components out there.

    Glowworm Flexicom30CX F13 issue resolved

    I’ve been having issues with my Glowworm combi boiler lately due to which the boiler needed a reset atleast once a day to work normally. The error code on the display was F13. The gas engineer diagnosed the issue with the PCB; therefore we replaced it with this item and since then the issue has been resolved. It’s been 7 days and the boiler seems to be working normally. A couple of latter steps in the instructions sent with this item didn’t match with our model but overall it was very helpful. Thank you

    Glow Worm Flexicom 30 PCB Replacement

    My boiler started suffering an intermittent fault which caused the control system to go the lock out condition, usually over night rendering the house to igloo conditions. I ordered a replacement Main PCB which arrived beautifully packaged and very promptly. The instructions contained within the PCB packaging was very concise and clear, so in conjunction with the boilers original installation manual I removed the boiler paneling, control box cover, interconnecting plugs and cabling and the faulty Main PCB. The replacement PCB was exactly identical the old one even down to the coding and part nos. printed on the board itself. I installed the new board and reconnected the plugs and wiring which was a doddle. The whole replacement including re-fitting the boiler case and control box cover ...
